Tournament Format

The official tournament can be held in multiple formats. Judging can be done by panel or en masse - a double elimination format might be preferable for fun and for displaying results, or we can perform a double blind taste test over several criteria.

Or we could do both! I'm assuming that we'll be doing tasting of small cuts and not necessarily eating whole slices of bacon. That would allow us to last longer. :)

A double blind multiple criteria taste test would allow us to get some good data, but putting bacon head-to-head is definitely more exciting and fun.
